Check your HEB mobile app for a POSSIBLE $2 off $2 or more coupon good on ANY brand of bath tissue!
My coupon is good for one use per app and is valid through March 2, 2021.
This won't get you a free pack of toilet paper as far as I can tell, but it will make for a good grab on HCF TP:

Enter your digital app info at checkout to use your $2 off coupon.
Your new price drops to $2.96! That works out to about a quarter per double roll, which is an excellent price.
This looks like it's an Only For You coupon, which is sent to folks that sign up for Promotional contacts like texts and emails in their HEB mobile app.
If you need to check if you've signed up, open your HEB app, then tap where it says Account. (On Android, it's on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. I don't have an iPhone, so I'm not sure where it is in that version of the app.)
The next screen should say Hi, YOUR NAME! Then tap Communication. On the next screen, make sure the Promotions & Announcements button is turned to Blue.
That way, you'll be set up to receive these offers going forward!
