Shoppers who bought select McCormick Pure Ground Black Pepper products between January 1, 2015 and January 27, 2020 may be eligible for up to $20 back on their purchases.
McCormick is in the process of settling a class action lawsuit, which claimed they improperly implemented a price increase by decreasing the quantity of pepper in certain McCormick® brand pepper containers, while keeping the containers themselves the same size. McCormick is acknowledging no wrong-doing in this case.
If you have proof of purchase (like a receipt or a photo of the container plus UPC code), you can submit for $4 reimbursement per proof of purchase. If you don't have your receipts but this is a brand you bought during the affected time period, you can submit for a combined total of $8 in reimbursement.
Either way, you need to submit your claims before May 15, 2020 in order to receive your reimbursement. So don't wait around on this one!
