I have BIG news for Walgreens shoppers!
Walgreens has ended their old Balance Rewards loyalty program. Now shoppers can enroll in the new and improved myWalgreens -- just go here to roll your Balance Rewards account over into the new program.
You need to join myWalgreens by January 31, 2021 in order to keep any rewards you may have earned under the old program. (FYI Balance Rewards will be called Walgreens Cash rewards going forward.)
And yes, you will still need a myWalgreens account in order to have access to sale prices either in stores or online.
It looks like the myWalgreens program keeps much of what we love about couponing at Walgreens, and adds additional perks like personalized shopping offers, curbside pickup (ooh!) and digital receipt options for contactless checkout.
You can even earn additional rewards for hitting health goals!
