If you've ever used or bought YesTo Grapefruit Vitamin C Glow-Boosting Unicorn Paper Masks, you may be entitled to cash back as part of a new class action lawsuit settlement announced recently. YesTo products are carried at most major grocery stores, including Target, Walmart, HEB, CVS and Walgreens.
The lawsuit claimed that the masks caused irritation, redness, and a burning sensation when used. (If you're nosy like me, the class action complaint includes pictures.) Yes To has denied any wrongdoing in connection with these claims, but has made a settlement of $750,000 in order to pay the class action claims.
You can receive compensation for the purchase of up to six masks, for a maximum refund of $18. You do not need to show proof of purchase or a receipt in order to complete your claim, but you will be attesting under penalty of perjury that you did in fact purchase or use these products.
In order to receive an electronic payment, you MUST submit a claim form online. You
can still submit a paper claim through the mail if you prefer, but your payment will be in the
form of a paper check.
Either way, your claim form must be postmarked or submitted online by August 13, 2021.
