In select Brownsville and Laredo stores, shoppers can sign up for a brand-new HEB debit card and receive multiple perks, including 5% cash back on qualifying HEB brand products!
Currently, the 5% cash back offer is good in stores only (Curbside doesn't qualify), and includes the following store brands:

You can also sign up for free direct deposit for faster access to your paycheck, and receive free cash withdrawals at HEB branded ATMs!
If you're interested in setting up an optional high-yield savings account, you can do that as well -- and receive up to 6% Annual Percentage Yield on balances up to $2,000.
