It looks like the value will vary from app to app -- I got a $9 off 2 coupon, which is still excellent!
And either way it's good timing, since we have a BOGO 50% off sale AND a Register Reward offer starting Sunday, August 1. So here's how the math works out:

Buy two foundations for a pre-coupon price of $14.24.
Use your $9 off 2 coupon (hopefully yours is even higher, but we'll work with what I got for this scenario) at checkout.
Pay $5.24 out of pocket, then receive $4 in Register Rewards for your next purchase.
That's like a final price of $1.24 for both foundations, or only 62 cents apiece!
