Shoppers who purchased select U by Kotex tampons between March 8, 2013 through November 19, 2019 may be eligible for cash back on their buys as part of a new class action settlement.
The lawsuit alleges Kimberly-Clark, the parent company of U by Kotex, manufactured and sold defective U by Kotex® tampon products during that time period. Kimberly-Clark has agreed to a $7 million settlement but admits no wrong-doing.
Class members can receive up to $30 in cash without Proof of Purchase. To qualify, you must have purchased one or more of the following products:
U by Kotex® Sleek® Tampons,
U by Kotex® Fitness® Tampons,
U by Kotex® Click® Tampons, and
U by Kotex® Security® Tampons in Regular, Super, or Super-Plus Absorbency
The claim period ends August 18, 2020, so you'll need to submit your claim by then to snag your cash back if you've purchased these items.
